  • yes, there is a free parking lot with an ample amount of spaces!

  • unfortunately, our studio is on the second floor and there is no elevator in the building. accessibility is extremely important to us, and we are looking into options to create a more inclusive space in the future.

  • morning light is best, as the windows are mainly east facing, however the studio gets great light all day due to the skylight!

  • props are available to use such as books, crystals, magazines, vases, plants, vintage style retro fridge, kitchen island, lamps, etc.

  • at the moment, we do not offer equipment for rental.

  • minimum booking time is two hours.

  • yes! we offer both.

  • absolutely! we are able to host small events, with a standing room capacity of 50 people. if you have questions about hosting an event in our space, please reach out to us via email at hello@thestu.ca

  • absolutely! additional fees for cleaning or security may apply depending on the event. to serve alcohol, you must get a Special Occasion Permit, which you can apply for here.
